Diorthos LLC builds Inkstamp. We were founded in 2026 and are based in Charleston, South Carolina.
Owners did the right things.
A growing business buys its systems one problem at a time: accounting here, point of sale there, a scheduling tool, a spreadsheet somebody built one weekend. Each one solves its problem. The real story of the business ends up in the gaps between them.
Every one of those systems shares an assumption: a person will do the work in it. AI agents break that assumption. For the first time, the work itself can be done by software, and that changes what business software should be.
It also raises the bar. Work done by AI agents has to be governed: every action visible, reviewable, and waiting for the owner’s yes on what matters. That conviction is the company.
Why “Diorthos”
Diorthos comes from the Greek diórthosis: the act of correction, of setting something right. That is what the governance layer does. Every action an AI agent proposes is checked against the owner’s rules, reviewed where it matters, and recorded before it becomes real.
What we’re building
Our mission is to govern AI agents so operators move fast without losing control. In practice that means Inkstamp : agents that do a business’s daily work, continuously and on demand, with every action checked against the owner’s rules before it counts.
The end state we’re building toward: a growing business runs its whole back office on governed AI agents, working from one shared model of the business, with a Certified Partner keeping it tuned, in place of the patchwork of apps and outsourced services it pays for today.
Who runs Diorthos
Ken Haigh
Founder
Ken leads product and engineering. He has spent thirty years building the systems businesses run on, at Lotus, Blackbaud, PeopleMatter, and Omatic. The last fifteen were at the C-level, as COO, CTO, and chief product and technology officer, with multiple successful exits along the way. He thinks in whole systems, and founded Diorthos to give operators what their software never had: the whole picture.
Jim Haigh
Founder
Jim leads positioning and go-to-market. He spent two decades at Microsoft, then led sales organizations at Avaya and Genesys, most recently running Genesys’ largest region as SVP and GM. He has since advised senior leaders on execution and built AI agents of his own, so he sells what he has shipped. The through line is making complex technology plain for the people who act on it: owners deciding what to build, investors deciding what it’s worth.
